Introduction
Department of paediatrics is progressing very rapidly. The teaching faculty consists of one professor, one associate professor, one assistant professor and one senior registrar. There are 02 medical officers and 04 house officers. It has 60 bedded Pediatric ward and 10 bedded well equipped nursey. It provides 24/7 emergency services and neonatal resuscitation services in the labor room and operation theatre.
The faculty takes keen interest in the training and teaching of doctors and undergraduate medical students. After morning meeting the doctor go to their respective sections. The department takes part in every teaching activity such as seminars, workshops and CPC.
